Every day on the campus of Extollo in Haiti, staff and trade school students gather for lunch. It’s more than a meal — it’s a pause in the workday, a moment of community, and essential fuel for learning skilled trades.
Right now, those meals are purchased daily from an off-site vendor. A staff member must leave campus each day to pick up the food. Meals arrive in disposable styrofoam containers. Transportation costs add up. And as our programs grow, so do the expenses.

A fully functioning on-campus

-
Reduce long-term food and transportation costs
-
Eliminate daily disposable containers and reduce waste

-
Strengthen community through shared meals on campus
