December in Haiti is often a month of reflection, resilience, and recommitment—and this year was no different at Extollo. Because of your generosity and trust, December was filled with meaningful progress, quiet perseverance, and tangible signs of transformation taking root across our Trade School, construction sites, and administrative teams in northern Haiti.

November was a month of steady, disciplined progress at Extollo—one where foundations were strengthened, new programs launched, and long-term plans clarified. While security challenges continued to shape our work in some regions, your support made it possible for Extollo to expand trade training, advance construction readiness, strengthen operational systems, and prepare boldly for 2026.

October was a milestone month for Extollo International—a time of growth, excellence, and renewed purpose. From launching our very first Welding Level 1 class to hosting our Board of Directors in Haiti, every success reflected the power of partnership and the shared belief that Haitians can and should lead their nation’s rebuilding through skill, character, and opportunity.

August was a month of tremendous momentum for Extollo. From advancing new trade school programs to preparing construction infrastructure, and from celebrating graduates putting their skills to work to building capacity in both Haiti and the U.S.—your support made it possible.

July underscored both the opportunities and challenges in this work. While operational realities required difficult decisions, the broader picture is one of expansion, innovation, and deepened relationships.
