We are very excited to introduce you to Junior Medard, our new General Manager of the Extollo Training Center. Junior started with Extollo just a few short weeks ago and has already shown himself to be an amazing successor to Craig.
With over one hundred applicants, and numerous face to face interviews, we are thrilled that Junior has accepted the position with Extollo. He is a husband, father, elder of his church, and his family's values of love, compassion, respect, knowledge, work, creativity, patience and trust are evident in his everyday life.

Beside his personal values and background, Junior brings nineteen years of experience and leadership from businesses, NGOs and churches operating in Haiti. When he was called to serve as General Manager at Extollo, he stated: "I feel privileged and fortunate to stand beside my Haitian brothers and sisters in a new dynamic of valuing construction trades, creating a trusting and qualified task force, lessening earthquake impacts and equipping and building a new entrepreneurs core in the scope of fighting poverty in Haiti."
Junior will network with existing trade schools and construction firms in Haiti to help further improve the skills of people working in the construction industry, train as many students as possible through Extollo’s trade school, create employment and business opportunities for those we serve, and successfully complete high-quality construction projects for organizations and businesses throughout Haiti.
We believe that with Junior on our team, Extollo is set up to move forward and grow tremendously in the coming years! We are at the beginning of another exciting time in the story of Extollo!
