March was a month of significant progress and exciting developments for Extollo, thanks to your continued support! We are thrilled to share the advancements we've made in our mission to empower Haitians through construction training and community development.

Trade School:

Preparing for a New Generation of Skilled Workers

We are on the verge of launching our first-ever class at our new training facility in Cap-Haïtien! After student recruitment and registration, final preparations are complete and we're ready to welcome students to Masonry Level 1. We've invested in creating an optimal learning environment, from classroom setup to updated curriculum materials. We're also grateful for a new partnership with a Haitian designer, who is helping us update our training materials for cohesive branding.

Cap-Haïtien Scholarship Fund

After several years of navigating the challenges of gang violence in our Bercy location, Extollo is opening another location in the safer, more stable region near Cap-Haitien in northern Haiti. During the month of April, Extollo is launching our Cap-Haitien Scholarship Fund with a goal to raise $10,000!

We Need You! Your support can make a direct impact on these students' lives. By contributing to our scholarship fund, you'll be providing them with the chance to learn valuable skills through Christ-centered curriculum with a focus on character development, secure meaningful employment, and transform their communities.

We've been working tirelessly to relocate our dedicated staff and equip our new training center with everything needed for success. While we require students to pay towards their tuition, scholarships help bridge the gap.

Please consider joining us in this exciting new chapter. 100% of your money will be used to give Haitians employable skills in the construction industry. Private donors cover our U.S. operating costs, so you can give knowing your whole gift will help keep families together through job creation.

Your generosity will help us build hope and opportunity in northern Haiti.

A few anonymous donors have also offered to MATCH $5,500 in gifts!!

Construction: Rebuilding and Expanding Our Impact

Bercy Campus:

We're breathing new life into our Bercy trade school campus! Repairs are underway, including water system restoration, solar streetlight installation, and gate/window/door repairs. We're focused on creating a safer and more functional environment for future training.

Cap-Haïtien Construction Operations:

We're actively involved in construction at the Holistic Haitian Alliance (HHA) high school campus, overseeing roofing, electrical, plumbing, and other key areas. We're also managing our vehicle fleet to ensure smooth operations. We've established a storage container for materials and are building relationships with local suppliers to support our needs. We've also secured a generator to ensure a reliable power supply for the trade school.

It's all hands on deck as we get the new Training Center ready for our first masonry class at the end of the month! Even Junior Medard, our General Manager, is lending a hand and leading by example. Teamwork is one of seven character traits that are woven throughout the Extollo curriculum.

Saturday, May 17th @ 11AM

Pleasanton, CA

Haiti's food crisis is dire, compounded by gang violence that cuts off essential supplies. Extollo, fueled by Christian faith and partnering with Kids Against Hunger, is stepping in with life-saving meals. Recognizing the urgent need, our food packing efforts directly address the suffering of vulnerable communities. This isn't just aid; it's a demonstration of God's love through action. We're working to bridge the gap, bringing hope and nourishment to those who desperately need it. In a nation where securing food is a daily struggle, we aim to provide a tangible lifeline.

We invite those in the Bay Area, to join us in this vital mission. Extollo will be hosting a food packing event where we can collectively make a significant difference. Your hands can help extend Christ's compassion, bringing relief and hope to Haiti.

Join the Crew!

The vast majority of our students are unable to afford Extollo's high-quality vocational training. As a community of advocates, CREW members provide monthly financial support to ambitious men and women who are elevating their careers, their families, and their communities.

Each student at Extollo is required to pay a portion of their course fee. Based on an amount that fits their budget, CREW members commit to recurring monthly donations to help cover the cost of tuition. We're looking for more people to join the crew so that we can increase our impact in Haiti.
